Let it be known, and take notice, that the trust known as The Moor Essential Waterfall Trust has been lawfully and irrevocably established by Bey Zayin, a man in eternal life and Moorish American Moslem, operating in honor and in accordance with natural, spiritual, and ecclesiastical law.
This trust exists solely within the sacred jurisdiction of the Creator and is governed under the divine authority of Natural Law, Ecclesiastical Law, and the autonomous customs of the Moor Essential Community.
This Ecclesiastical Record is provided for the purposes of public notice only and is not, and shall never be, construed as registration, incorporation, or voluntary submission to any foreign, statutory, or commercial jurisdiction. This trust is private, unincorporated, non-statutory, irrevocable, and sacred.
The Moor Essential Waterfall Trust holds within its corpus the sacred economic, cultural, and educational systems created and guided by Bey Zayin and his successors, including but not limited to MECCA DAO and the Moor Essential Community in all forms and expressions.
All considerations, exchanges, offerings, and participations with the trust or its expressions are considered private, voluntary, and spiritual in nature, made in good faith by sovereign members under the same private jurisdiction.
This record serves as formal notice to all agents, officers, departments, and principals of any foreign or corporate entities that the Trust, its assets, and its stewards are not subject to their jurisdiction, statutes, taxes, permits, or oversight.
